I started my working life at the Alliance & Leicester where I progressed and made my way to Mortgage Adviser and Chief Cashier. After 22 years I took the plunge and decided to retrain as a book-keeper and started with Magenta Accounts in the beginning of 2007. Since then, I have studied hard, successfully passing my exams and have gained my qualification in book-keeping.
Outside of work I enjoy reading, cooking and watching football. I blame my dad for the football as he took me to watch my first match before I was even one and as a result I even know the off side rule! In addition to this, my husband and I are keen gardeners and since moving house a few years ago we have developed ‘green fingers’ and have been growing our own veg. We also enjoy seeing local bands and attending gigs.
